Insurance
We proudly accept most health insurance plans including BCBS, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Cigna and Allways. To find out if your selected practitioner accepts your health insurance plan, please call our front desk at (508) 650-1921. Prior to contacting us, we highly recommend contacting your health insurance provider regarding your coverage and benefits for specific conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the service cancelled. If a client does not arrive for an appointment without notifying us of a cancellation or rescheduling, we call this a no-show. The no-show fee is 100% of the cost of the service. New appointments cannot be made until a client's cancellation fee or no show fee has been paid. Thank you for respecting our policies!
